True North HDD is committed to providing competitive pricing for our customers. Our Price Match / Price Beat program is offered subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Proof of Competitor Quote:
All price match or price beat requests must be supported by a
written quote from the competing supplier.
Customers must provide a valid, itemized quote showing the competitor's business name, date, product details, and pricing.
2. Eligible Competitors:
Price matching applies only to
authorized dealers and distributors within Canada and the United States.
Quotes from online-only marketplaces, open-access ordering platforms, auction sites, or retailers without authorized dealer status
may not qualify.
3. Product Eligibility:
Competing products must be
identical in brand, model, specifications, and condition.
Price match requests on discontinued, clearance, used, damaged, refurbished, and special order items may not eligible.
4. Verification & Approval:
All submitted quotes are subject to review and verification by True North HDD.
We reserve the right to decline any price match request if the competitor's pricing cannot be verified or does not meet program criteria.
5. Limitations & Exclusions:
- Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special pricing.
- Does not apply to shipping, environmental fees, or taxes.
- Not applicable where manufacturer pricing policies prohibit discounting.
- True North HDD may decline price matching against retailers with unrestricted public pricing that does not reflect dealer-level cost structures.
6. Program Changes:
True North HDD reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Price Match / Price Beat program at any time without prior notice.
7. Program Scope:
The Price Match / Price Beat program applies
only to parts, tooling, and products.
Equipment is not eligible for price matching or price beating under any circumstances.
